Description

Develop and execute result-driven grassroots marketing campaigns to support district’s student recruitment and retention goals, with emphasis on neighborhood schools.

Coordinate campaign timelines, project schedules, deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Lead the creation of year-round district-branded resources and marketing plans for schools.
-
Create grassroots marketing strategies targeting parents.
-
Develop innovative, out-of-the-box, enrollment-related marketing content for different formats (promotional collateral, brochures, newsletters, social media ads, video ads, and others).

Manage content and advertisement strategies for grassroots marketing platforms such as Next Door, WhatsApp, and other innovative advertisement channels.

Coordinate monthly marketing meetings/trainings with school staff.

Support the development and execution of district-wide marketing events.
-
Collaborate with the Communication Services team and other district departments to coordinate community-focused marketing efforts to effectively promote district initiatives.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with central staff members, principals and campus staff to facilitate marketing campaign efforts.

Contribute to and collaborate on special projects.

Conduct market research, analyze audience insights, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

Participate in team planning sessions, brainstorming meetings, and strategic discussions to develop creative solutions that advance district goals.

Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field.

Three-five years of experience working in professional experience, public relations, marketing or communications.

Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of writing for traditional and non-traditional marketing and media platforms, including innovative, audience-focused content.

Knowledge of television advertising, digital marketing strategies, branding, advertising, social media, email marketing, web content, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

Knowledge of current marketing trends, emerging technologies, and audience engagement strategies.

Excellent written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.

Skill in conducting audience research and analyzing data to develop effective marketing strategies that achieve desired outcomes.
