Duties
- Assist in planning and organizing party activities, themes, and entertainment options to suit client preferences.
- Welcome guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guest support throughout the event.
- Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and coordination with vendors or performers.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Support food service operations, including serving refreshments and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Oversee safety procedures by monitoring guest behavior and implementing crowd control measures when needed.
- Engage with children and guests through interactive activities, games, or performances to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Background in customer service or guest services that demonstrates strong communication skills.
- Experience working with children or in a recreational environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for supervising poolside activities.
