Auto Damage Adjuster

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Damage Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, experience with vehicle damage assessments, and the ability to prepare accurate estimates and communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and repair shops.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Review insurance claims and coverage
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and body shops
- Negotiate repairs, supplements, and claim costs
- Document inspections, estimates, and claims
- Coordinate repairs and ensure accurate claim processing
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Damage Adjuster, Estimator, Appraiser, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair and vehicle damage
- Experience with automotive estimating software
- Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional and customer-service oriented
Experience in CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is a plus.
