One Love Animal Hospital is a privately owned veterinary practice serving Brooklyn and Manhattan. We are seeking a veterinarian to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian for our Boerum Hill location. However, motivated new graduates and veterinarians with less experience are encouraged to apply for opportunities at our Bay Ridge location, where mentorship and support are available.
We are looking for doctors who enjoy practicing high-quality medicine, developing strong client relationships, and working collaboratively with an experienced support team.

What You'll Do
- Perform wellness and preventive care examinations
- Diagnose and manage medical cases
- Work up sick and urgent care patients
- Perform routine soft tissue surgeries
- Perform dental procedures and extractions appropriate to your experience level
- Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations effectively to clients
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and client service teams to provide exceptional patient care

- Experienced veterinarian comfortable with medicine, surgery, and dentistry

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Eligible for New York veterinary licensure
- DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and client education
- Ability to perform routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry, or willingness to develop those skills with mentorship

Compensation
$160,000 - $200,000 annually
Compensation varies based on experience, clinical skillset, surgical proficiency, schedule, and overall qualifications.
Exceptional candidates outside of this range may be considered based on experience and credentials.
