Chapel Hill Dental Arts is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Red Bank, NJ. This front office role is essential to delivering a seamless and welcoming patient experience. The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience, be comfortable managing a busy schedule, and be proficient in Dentrix.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while optimizing the daily schedule
- Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and benefits
- Collect co-pays, process payments, and discuss financial arrangements
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Dentrix
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage correspondence
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support office production goals by keeping schedules full and organized
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of dental office experience (required)
- Proficiency with Dentrix (required)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
