Bucks Ridge Saloon is seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our team! This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. If you enjoy working in fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing quality food, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures followed.
- Assist with prep work and stocking as needed.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service hours.
Experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable and willing to work a rotating schedule (days, nights, weekends)
