Prepare, print, sort, and distribute shipping labels, packing tickets, routing paperwork, and all related order documents.

Verify addresses, quantities, item details, and shipment data for completeness and precision.

Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure documents are ready exactly when needed.

Prioritize documentation based on production timelines, shipping schedules, and customer commitments.

Update tickets when orders include substitutions, backorders, cancellations, shortages, or other changes.

Spot documentation errors and route discrepancies to the correct team for resolution.

Assist with troubleshooting printing, system, inventory, and order-processing issues.

Maintain spreadsheets, databases, tracking logs, reports, and operational records.

Enter and update information with care while safeguarding confidential company and employee data.

Track vendor invoices and support invoice documentation and reconciliation.

Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

Compile operational information and prepare reports requested by facility leadership.

Order and track employee uniforms, office supplies, and other facility materials; monitor supply levels to avoid stockouts.

Prepare correspondence, format documents, schedule meetings, and assist with general office coordination.

Answer and route incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond professionally to routine questions.

Provide administrative assistance during peak periods or when other departments need extra support.

Contribute to audits, special projects, reporting assignments, and workflow-improvement initiatives.

Tackle additional clerical and operational duties as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in administrative, clerical, office, shipping, or warehouse support (preferred).

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
