Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or LPN for an in home healthcare position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This position is for someone who are just looking for prn or some extra parttime hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in critical care preferred.
- Knowledge of internal medicine practices is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00 - $52.00 per hour
