What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of all production departments to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and manage daily production schedules while adjusting priorities to meet customer demands.
- Conduct daily production meetings with department leads and supervisors to establish priorities and resolve production challenges.
- Monitor work-in-progress, production issues, and equipment performance to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Production to proactively resolve issues and improve processes.
- Prepare daily production reports and communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
- Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and meet production schedules.
- Partner with department leaders to implement company policies, improve operational performance, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing quality, reducing costs, minimizing waste, and improving cycle times.
- Develop capacity plans, productivity measurements, manpower planning, and material flow strategies.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement capital equipment investments that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support successful project execution.

Essential Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes.
- Experience with SMT equipment, including stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of aqueous cleaning systems.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and electronic assembly inspection practices.
- Experience with AS9100 and ISO quality management systems.
- Knowledge of cable assembly and system builds.
- Project management experience, including planning, documentation, and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and operational policies.
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience within an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environment.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
