Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking and control within engineering or aerospace environment
- Ability to analyze project data, identify deviations, assess risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and tailor messages to technical teams, management, and cross functional stakeholders.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with cost control, earned value management (EVM), or KPI tracking.
- Prior experience working in regulated environments requiring security or compliance standards.
- Eligibility or prior clearance under Canadian Controlled Goods regulations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with program objectives.
- Track project progress against scope, cost, and schedule.
- Identify deviations early and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate project data using Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resource planning and workload monitoring.
- Participate in project reviews, audits, and stakeholder meetings

- Interact with the customer to understand the requirements.

- Directly handling technical queries from customer
- Ensure compliance with organizational, industry, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
- Demonstrate a results driven, autonomous, and ethical work approach.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Must be self-motivated and pro-active

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
