Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead teacher for a caseload of Early Childhood and Kindergarten students requiring special education services
- Oversee and update IEPs; initiate new plans or amendments as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings alongside families and fellow educators
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records for each student
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, individualized learning environments
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional progress
Details:
- Contract runs from May 18th through the end of June, resumes in August through October
- Work hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
