We specialize in Heavy, Medium, and Light diesel work. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment and wants to grow with a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Great and communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Accurately write and manage repair estimates using digital platforms
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure clear job documentation and workflow
- Prioritize jobs efficiently to meet promised timeframes
- Follow up with customers regarding approvals, updates, and vehicle status
- Educate customers on recommended repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure complete and accurate repair order documentation
- Support parts ordering and job dispatching as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a service advisor in an automotive or diesel shop
- Strong knowledge of diesel systems, Sprinter vans, or fleet/commercial vehicles is a major plus
- Proficiency in writing accurate estimates and managing repair orders digitally
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission Pay: Based on your experience. Everything is negotiable.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
