We are seeking reliable people with strong skill sets in both residential and commercial work environments, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks on a regular basis. Basic and/or advanced skills required include:
- Drywall – Tape, hang texture, patch/repair
- Flooring - LVP, carpet, vinyl
- Tile - Wall and floor
- Paint - Interior and exterior
- Insulation - Install roll and batt
- Windows and doors - Remove and replace
- Basic - Plumbing, electrical, mechanical
- Counters - Remove and replace
- Cabinets - Install and trim out
- Trim - Base and case
- Carpentry - Framing, wood and steel stud
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
- general experience plus specialized: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
