Must be available Wednesday-Monday 6:00AM-3:00PM , Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we are also open 5:00PM-9:00PM
Hiring immediately for a Breakfast/lunch cook/bar cook to join our small but creative and passionate team.
Role and Responsibilities: Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times. Take control of the breakfast/lunch service to ensure timely delivery of breakfast/lunch items. Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift. Complete advance preparation, where practical for the next breakfast/lunch service. Communicate effectively within your team. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination. Be aware of food allergens and dietary requirements. Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements: Strong craft skills, good communicator, confident with individuals and large groups. Maintain a level head and positive attitude at all times, especially when under pressure. Ability to work on your own or in a team. Good communication skills
