Duties
- Receive, inventory and display frew donuts according to established standards
- Greet guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by cleaning equipment, surfaces, and dining areas regularly
- Handle, package and present donuts and beverages to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage cash handling and transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Support catering events or special functions with handoffs
Skills
- Previous bakery or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely following proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality roles is always a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is highly valued
- Ability to multitask in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
