The salary range is between $100,000-$105,000 per year plus full benefits
The Director of Human Resources will be part of our Leadership team. Leading the HR department in developing and executing a human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. You will be a part of our upper management leadership team. This role is critical in managing a mobile and diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving retention strategies for clinical and non-clinical staff. You will lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, culture and work environment
<Responsibilities>
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization remains in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Credentialing & Onboarding: Manage the background check and credentialing process required for field staff entering patient homes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational design.
- Retention & Culture: Design and implement programs to reduce turnover, specifically focusing on the unique challenges of remote/field-based staff engagement.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer competitive benefits packages including health insurance and retirement plans
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions with transparency and fairness. .
- Oversee training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth through targeted programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR policies, contracts, labor negotiations, budgeting for HR programs, and HR project management.
<Qualifications>
A Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor laws
- Experience in organizational design, change management initiatives, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for workforce planning and decision-making purposes using data collection tools like Kronos or PeopleSoft.
- Prior experience working with senior leadership on strategic planning and employee management
