What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including preventive services and periodontal therapy
- Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral health education
- Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members on treatment planning
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Virginia RDH license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Passion for patient care and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
