Director of Nursing (DON) – Long Term Care Facility
We are currently hiring an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for our Long Term Care facility in Albuquerque, NM. This is a great opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about patient care, staff management, and maintaining clinical excellence.
Position Details:
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Contract Length: 9 Weeks
- Position Type: Contract
- Facility Type: Long Term Care
Pay Details:
- Estimated Weekly Gross Pay $2,600.00
- Per Hour on W2 -$65
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance standards
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred
- Long Term Care experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
