Lanphier LLP is a boutique CPA firm in Denver serving a global base of small to mid-sized clients with complex tax and accounting needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Support a book of diverse client relationships, including bookkeeping and accounting functions for small businesses in various industries.
- Handle reporting responsibility to client ownership, including venture capital investors, multinational parent companies, etc.
- Fulfill reporting deadlines for numerous clients throughout the month.
- Monthly & Quarterly Sales Tax Filings in multiple jurisdictions
- Support firm on special projects and client needs
- Work with tax managers and partners to provide timely accounting information for tax planning and preparation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of public accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Independent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight
- Excellent time management skills
- Open to instruction and constructive criticism
- Professionalism; Good written and oral communication skills
- Dependable team player
