Job Summary
Joe’s Junk Removal & Demolition is looking for dependable, hardworking crew members to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position helping with junk removal, property cleanouts, demolition, and debris hauling throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
No experience is required—we’re looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, debris, and other unwanted items
- Assist with basement, attic, garage, estate, and property cleanouts
- Help complete light demolition projects safely and efficiently
- Use basic hand tools and demolition equipment
- Protect customers’ homes and property while removing items
- Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and job sites clean
- Work respectfully and professionally around customers
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to lift and carry at least 75 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors and in attics, basements, and other tight spaces
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable, on time, and ready to work
- Able to work well with a team
- Valid driver’s license and previous labor experience are preferred but not required
Full-time and part-time positions are available. We offer hourly pay, performance incentives, tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to move into higher-paying positions as the company grows.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
