We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their consulting or business systems career who has strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for helping clients solve business challenges through technology.
As a Junior ERP Functional Consultant, you will work directly with clients to support ERP implementations, software configuration, business process improvements, and ongoing system optimization. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants and project teams while developing your consulting expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with ERP implementation and optimization projects.
- Work with clients to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Configure and support Acumatica ERP solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, requirements gathering, and solution discussions.
- Assist with software testing, documentation, and end-user support.
- Manage assigned service requests and project tasks.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical consultants.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and time entries.
- Follow company procedures, security standards, and implementation methodologies.
- Travel up to 30% as needed to support client engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered..
- 1–3 years of professional experience in business, accounting, finance, operations, information systems, customer support, consulting, project coordination, or a related field..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills..
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities..
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills..
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook..
- Ability to learn new business software and technologies quickly..
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment..
Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional overnight and international travel..
- Valid driver’s license..
- Ability to obtain a U.S. passport..
- Ability to pass a background check..
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening..
