We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to acutely and critically ill patients
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Direct and supervise patient care activities performed by assigned nursing personnel
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain unit operations and assist with standard department activities in the absence of the Head Nurse
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment
Compensation & Schedule
- $59.00 per hour
- 36 hours per week
- Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Pay: $59.00 per hour
