Senior Project Consultant – Roofing, Siding & Stucco
Compensation: $22,500 Base Salary + 6% Commission (Uncapped)
About Us
We are an established exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, stucco remediation, stone veneer, windows, doors, and exterior renovations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team and help homeowners solve complex exterior renovation issues.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for an experienced exterior remodeling professional who understands roofing, siding, and stucco systems and can confidently inspect homes, identify issues, recommend solutions, and close projects.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $22,500 annually
- Commission: 6% of closed sales revenue

Position Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled consultations
- Perform detailed roof, siding, and stucco inspections
- Identify repair and replacement opportunities
- Diagnose water intrusion and exterior building envelope issues
- Develop project recommendations and solutions
- Prepare and present proposals
- Close sales and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with project managers before, during, and after sale
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up communication
Required Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in roofing, siding, stucco, exterior remodeling sales or install, or project consulting/management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Roof repairs and roof replacement
- Siding repairs and siding replacement
- Stucco repairs and stucco remediation
- Proven ability to close residential remodeling projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to inspect homes and identify exterior construction issues
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CertainTeed roofing and siding products
- Experience with stucco remediation and moisture investigations
- Experience reviewing inspection reports and moisture reports
- Familiarity with CRM and estimating software
- Construction or project management experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
