We are currently looking for experienced servers with full evening (4pm+) availability (Sunday availability is a must) . We are open on all major holidays. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years previous full service restaurant serving experience, beer/wine/liquor knowledge, over-the-top customer service, ability to upsell, and can handle multiple tables at once while adhering to the high standards of service. We are lucky to have a strong crew who care about the restaurant, community and work well together. We are looking for another great team player.
What makes Mean Deans different? We make everything from scratch, are not in a tourist area, and we have the nicest guests. Tip percentage is consistently good.
