Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar counters, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, providing outstanding customer service in diverse settings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Engage with guests to create a lively yet professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Experience
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
- Experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
- Familiarity with food industry standards including serving techniques, food safety protocols, and beverage preparation such as brewing.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
