A local Elkhart, IN company is seeking candidates with construction or carpentry skills to work 2nd shift in a climate-controlled (heated and air-conditioned) indoor facility. Join a rapidly growing company with long-term opportunities.
Indoor Construction(Full-Time)
2nd shift
Elkhart, IN
Wage $21.75–$28.00/hour based on experience + shift differential

Responsibilities:
- Install fiberglass insulation in walls
- Use hand and power tools (framing nail guns, lag guns, caulking guns)
- Trim out buildings
- Install rock wall and screen/tar decks
- Perform general construction and finishing tasks
- Read tape measures (required)
- Floor tile and blueprint reading experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts
- Repetitive ladder climbing
- Ability to bend, crouch, twist, and pull
- Lift and carry up to 70 lbs
