We are seeking dedicated and reliable caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and skilled in providing high-quality care for individuals with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medications as directed.
- Light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying living spaces.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
- Assist with mobility, transportation, and appointments as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist clients in maintaining as much independence as possible by empowering them to participate in their daily routines and activities.
- Knowledge of emergency medicine practices and protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in need of care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
