Duties
- Engage customers with friendly, professional phone etiquette and personalized product demonstrations to showcase wireless devices and accessories
- Assist customers in selecting the right products by providing detailed information on features, plans, and compatibility options
- Conduct retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and fully stocked to enhance shopping experiences
- Operate cash drawers efficiently while maintaining accurate retail math for transactions and balancing daily cash register activity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics retail environments, with supervising experience considered a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is essential
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and retail store product knowledge is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform retail sales transactions accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding customer service
