Position Summary
Artcraft Promotional Concepts is looking for a dependable, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate who takes pride in doing work the right way and making each day run better than the last. This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, solving practical problems, and contributing to a fast-moving operation that supports custom promotional products, branded merchandise programs, kitting, fulfillment, and client shipments.
The successful candidate will not only help receive, organize, pick, pack, and ship products accurately, but will also bring curiosity, accountability, and past demonstrated experience to help identify better ways to work. We are especially interested in someone who notices inefficiencies, asks thoughtful questions, communicates clearly, and is excited to contribute ideas that improve warehouse processes, procedures, organization, accuracy, and overall workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior Experience in Warehouse: Shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, material handling, or a related environment preferred.
- Order Processing Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to work accurately with product numbers, SKUs, quantities, packing slips, purchase orders, shipping labels, or similar details.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Critical to this role, including the ability to consistently verify product information, quantities, shipping details, labels, and order requirements for accuracy.
- Proficiency Using Warehouse Systems: including shipping platforms, ERP systems (SAP Business One a plus), order management tools, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Ability and willingness to become forklift certified and safely operate approved warehouse equipment, including lifts, Waves, pallet jacks, and related material handling tools.
- Ability to Communicate: Clearly with supervisors, teammates, and internal departments regarding order status, receiving issues, shipment questions, or process concerns.
- Strong Organization Skills: Follow-through, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Continuous Improvement: Experience contributing to process improvements, workflow changes, inventory accuracy initiatives, warehouse organization projects, or efficiency improvements is strongly valued.
The Work Behaviors We Value
- Reliability: You show up on time, ready to contribute, and understand that your consistency matters to the whole team.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments, and care about accuracy from start to finish.
- Attention to Detail: You notice numbers, labels, SKUs, quantities, addresses, instructions, and small details that make a big difference.
- Teamwork: You communicate respectfully, support coworkers, and step in where needed to help the warehouse succeed.
- Curiosity: You want to understand how the process works, why it works that way, and how it might be improved.
- Problem-Solving: You do not ignore issues; you surface them, help investigate root causes, and contribute practical solutions.
- Adaptability: You can shift priorities, stay organized, and remain productive in a fast-paced, order-driven environment.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: You believe there is always a smarter, safer, cleaner, or more efficient way to work.
