Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Non-CDL Driver with experience driving a 26 ft box truck to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering appliances to new builders safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various driving tasks, including route driving and heavy lifting. The candidate must have leadership and work without supervision. Retirees are welcomed to apply!!! Driver pay ranges from $150-$200 per day. Weekends and holidays off!!! Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances to designated locations.
- *Knowledge of Appliance installation is required. Must have your own tools.*
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with moving items as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and drug test administered
- Experience with driving 26 ft box trucks a must.
- Experience with appliance installation a must, ex: Microwaves, stoves, dishwashers.
- Experience in route driving or delivery driving is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work as a team and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
