We're looking for an organized, people-focused HR Specialist to support a variety of Human Resources functions for a growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping employees, staying organized, and being involved in multiple areas of HR.

What You'll Do
- Support recruiting and hiring activities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Assist with employee recognition programs and HR communications
- Help organize employee events, training sessions, and job fairs
- Maintain HR records, reports, and onboarding documentation
- Provide administrative support for the HR team
- Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR, recruiting, office administration, or a related support role is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Willingness to learn and support a variety of HR functions
- Strong customer service mindset when working with employees and candidates
