Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of consumer electronics to include cameras, lenses, laptops and other products.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each service task.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and share technical knowledge for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven service technician experience with a strong background in field service operations.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair across various product lines and manufacturers of consumer electronics.
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools effectively in repair tasks involving mechanical knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document work thoroughly.
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
