In this role, you’ll be the go to expert for employee health and wellness, ensuring our team stays safe, supported, and ready to deliver exceptional care.
Your Impact
- Welcome new employees with thorough, friendly health screenings
- Keep our workforce compliant with annual health requirements
- Guide employees through work injury claims, recovery and return to work
- Coordinate leaves of absence with clarity and care
- Track illness trends and help prevent outbreaks
- Build trust through outstanding service and communication
What You Bring
- RN license + 3 or more years of nursing experience
- Experience in occupational/employee health
- A customer focused approach and strong communication skills
- Detail driven work habits and reliable follow through
- A desire to support a mission that truly matters
