Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a genuine passion for patient care. You will work alongside our physicians and clinical team to provide comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide preventative care and patient education
- Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters in the EMR system accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Active NP or PA license or ability to obtain by start date.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus (but not required)
