Job Overview
We are currently seeking licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our growing clinical team supporting Medi-Cal and community-based populations throughout the Bay Area.
Spanish bilingual clinicians are highly preferred.
Immediate caseloads are available, and clinicians may begin seeing clients within the first week of onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations
- Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with case managers and interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in care coordination and case review meetings
- Support community-based and Medi-Cal populations
Qualifications
- Active California license required:
- LCSW
- LMFT
- LPCC
- Licensed Psychologist
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
