Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse, E-Commerce Shipping & Live Sales Assistant and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics and sales operations! In this energetic role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse activities, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, efficient shipping and receiving, and lively live sales events. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, e-commerce logistics, and live sales support.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately
- Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing packages with appropriate packaging materials, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for dispatch.
- Assist during live sales sessions by preparing products for display, managing stock levels in real-time, and ensuring smooth product presentation.
- Create social media content including product photos, videos, and posts to showcase our business
- Able to lift 40-50 pounds
- Assist with hosting and managing live whatnot auctions (comfortable with being on camera)
- Photograph and list products for online platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and help with restocking
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and transaction processing are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods such as live sales events.
- Perform other general warehouse and e-commerce duties as assigned
Experience
- Experience in shipping, packing, retail, warehouse, or e-commerce is a plus but not a requirement
- Comfortable using smartphones and computers
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to lift 40-50 pounds occasionally
