The Floater provides the children with developmentally appropriate activities, provides a nurturing environment, and interacts with the children, their parents, staff members, and volunteers.
The Floater is responsible for:
- Room coverage at lunch and other times when necessary
- Maintain classroom control, management, and sanitation
- Provide a normal routine by maintaining daily schedule adherence
- Must keep the Director informed concerning staff members, children, and parental issues.
- Maintaining the Center’s policies and procedures
- Additional duties as needed
Pay: From $11.50 per hour
