As a Server Assistant- Food Runner at Lucky Cheetah, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will assist servers with their duties, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.
- Support to Servers:
- Assist servers in setting and clearing tables quickly and efficiently.
- Refill drinks, deliver food and beverages, and help with any special requests.
- Ensure that servers have the supplies and support they need during their shifts.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Order Management:
- Help with the preparation and presentation of orders.
- Ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy items, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and eager to assist where needed.
