Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Assist with cold and hot food prep across all kitchen stations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Support all Back of House areas including fries, breading, boards, and inventory.
- Follow all company policies, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Shift Availability:
- Must be available to work until close
- Must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 16 years or older
- No experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and coachable
- Strong communication skills with team members
