Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
- Manage content creation and content management systems to ensure engaging, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and target audience needs.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow followers and engagement.
- Coordinate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design projects that support marketing initiatives.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing strategies to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
- Monitor campaign results through analytics dashboards; prepare reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite applications, as well as content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred for website optimization and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Experience in e-commerce environments or performance marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
