We are introducing a Leadership Acceleration Program designed for individuals who want a clear, intentional path into leadership, not just a job.
This role is for high-potential candidates who want to be developed, coached, and prepared for leadership responsibilities early in their career.
How This Role Works
First 90 Days:
You will work as a Team Member to fully learn Chick-fil-A standards, culture, and operations.
After 90 Days:
Qualified, high-performing individuals will transition into our Leadership Foundations Program, a structured development track preparing you for a leadership role within the restaurant.
This is not a traditional “start as a team member and maybe move up later” position.
This is a defined leadership entry path for the right candidates.

- Are coachable and eager to grow
- Communicate well and take initiative

Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform all essential job functions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to receive feedback and coaching
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and work ethic
- Ability to learn and execute Chick-fil-A operational standards
