TERI'S HEALTH SERVICES LLC is a remote and in-office integrated agency. We are focused on whole health from a trauma informed perspective. We offer primary care, psychiatric care, counseling and behavioral health, mobile and in home services. We are virtual, mobile, in homes, and in office. This position is for our outpatient in a hybrid, in office or fully remote position.
As a licensed counselor or social worker at Teri's Health Services you are fully served by front and back office staff. We also have an intake team at THS so you get to provide therapy from start to finish. We serve families, couples, individuals, children 5 and up, adults, and older adults. Typical clients we serve include people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, marriage family issues, parenting issues, boundary issues, grief and loss, career development, amongst other common factors effecting mental health wellness. Our clients are under health plans that are commercial, Medicare, EAP, and VA plans. We will contract you with all health plans.
We review your specialty prior to placement on the schedule to best match you with your perfect client caseload. If you want to get experience in a population this is also a great place to build your skills as we serve all people.

- 70/30% split - 70% goes to you of the direct service rate

- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation methods and tools
- Experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health challenges, including aging issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport with patients and create a supportive therapeutic environment
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Provide patient care by conducting behavioral therapy sessions and counseling sessions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs
- Develop treatment plans and complete sessions weekly (group, individual, family and couples)
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- We are open Monday to Sunday 8am-9pm
- Must carry your own individual liability insurance if you are a contract worker
- Must have an active and unrestricted license as a Counselor, Masters degree minimum required, in your state licensed and providing services
- We require a TB test
- We require a level one fingerprint card
- We require CPR and First Aid certificates (in person)
