NO PRIOR VEHICLE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
Pay: $41,600 base salary + uncapped bonuses and incentives. Realistic earning potential of $100,000+ annually for strong performers.
We're hiring 2–4 Client Advisors to join one of Ohio's highest-volume dealerships.

What we're looking for:
- No prior vehicle sales experience required
- Recent customer service or sales experience of some kind
- A great attitude and genuine willingness to help customers and teammates
- Well-spoken, polite, and professional
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance
- Basic reading, writing, and technology skills
- Disciplined enough to complete job duties thoroughly and consistently
- Assertive and poised enough to work through customer questions and objections and convert at a high level
