Job Summary
PrimeSource Funding is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer who is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership while building a thriving referral-based business.
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll educate borrowers on financing options, guide them through the mortgage process from application to closing, and develop lasting relationships with real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and past clients. You'll have the support of an experienced operations team, cutting-edge technology, and a company culture focused on exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, attorneys, and other referral partners. Generate new business through networking, community involvement, marketing, and prospecting. Maintain an active database of past clients and referral partners to generate repeat and referral business.
Client Consultation: Meet with prospective borrowers to evaluate financial goals and recommend mortgage solutions. Educate clients on loan programs, rates, closing costs, and the financing process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from application to closing.
Loan Origination: Collect borrower documentation. Structure loan scenarios that meet lending guidelines. Submit complete and compliant loan applications.
Pipeline Management: Manage an active pipeline while communicating proactively with borrowers, Realtors, processors, title companies, and underwriters to ensure timely closings.
Marketing & Brand Growth: Represent PrimeSource professionally through networking, community events, open houses, educational seminars, and social media.
Compliance & Professional Standards: Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, regulations, and ensure every file meets company and investor standards.

Pay: $53,426.19 - $64,341.21 per year
