Commercial Construction Carpenter
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Carpenter who is proficient in both rough and finish carpentry. This position involves a variety of commercial construction tasks, including framing, concrete formwork, finish trim installation, and commercial door and hardware installation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rough carpentry including wood and metal stud framing.
- Build and strip forms for small concrete slab and sidewalk pours.
- Install finish trim, millwork, and other finish carpentry components.
- Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a construction team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both rough and finish carpentry.
- Experience with commercial construction projects.
- Ability to install commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license & Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay with annual earnings of approximately $75,000 -$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
