Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience is desired. Advanced degree is an advantage. SPHR or equivalent professional certifications preferred
Experience.
Position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources or Organization Development career track. Two plus years of experience in labor contract negotiations and contract administration/grievance handling is required. Experience in an industrial environment is preferred. Working knowledge of heavy industrial business is an advantage.
Knowledge of Best Practices.
General knowledge of EEO, FLSA, OFCCP laws and regulations. Understanding of employment laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge and understanding of employee relations.

Able to establish credibility and influence leadership.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interact well with all levels of personnel. Oral and written communication skills to include effective listening.

Must have the ability to use computerized equipment and technology. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Oracle Business Environment, and other software packages relevant to the position.

Salary Range:
the base salary range for this role is between
$90,000 to $110,000 annual salary
. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
