Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders from start to finish, and supporting a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate order details, proofs, and timelines in our order management system.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and shipping.
- Follow up on open quotes and reorders to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Handle post-order service including delivery coordination, billing questions, and issue resolution.
- Support marketing efforts, client outreach, and promotional campaigns as needed.
- Assist other team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service in the promotional products and/or custom apparel industry is required
- Experience with Printavo is a plus
- Experience with Corel Draw is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and order-entry software.
- A team player who can multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
