Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge located in Solon, Ohio is seeking a compassionate and organized Concierge to support our residents by coordinating appointments, transportation, and activities that enhance quality of life. This role serves as a key connection between our residents, staff, families, and the broader community.
Schedule and manage resident appointments.
Coordinate and assist with resident transportation, including driving the facility bus (training provided).
Support and help manage the Caring Angels Program.
Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Administrator or department leaders.
Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Willingness to complete training to drive the resident transport bus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive, people-oriented attitude with the ability to build relationships.
Comfortable using computers and basic software programs.
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
