We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
We are looking for an Assistant Teacher interested in Infants (9m-18m).
We are looking to hire leads in the following rooms:
-Infant Teacher for the closing shift of 9:30am-5:30pm. This room cares for children ages 9m-18m. You would work closely with the Lead teacher to execute lesson plans and ensure the safety and learning of the children.
These shifts include a 1 hour paid lunch break.

Our Assistant Teachers work with the Lead to execute the day to day operations of the classroom to ensure a successful and nurturing program for all children involved. This includes working collaboratively with coworkers to ensure the success of the classroom and the children, writing lesson plans, helping maintain a clean and positive work environment, and strong communication skills with coworkers and parents of children.
Responsibilities
- Implementing creative lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress through formal and informal observations.
- Collaborate with parents and coworkers to support children's development and address any concerns.
- Support the Centers philosophy and approach in play-based principles.
- Promote healthy habits among students.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes positive behavior and learning.
Experience
- An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a current CDA, is preferred
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching young children and fostering their love for learning.
