Aviation Mechanics Instructor
The Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School (BAVTS) is seeking a motivated person with a strong background in aviation mechanics to teach high school students the fundamentals of aircraft mechanics. This is a hands-on teaching role focused on safety, technical skills, & career readiness.
Must have a minimum of four years industry related work experience OR 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree.

Work 10 months, but paid for 12 months will full benefits!
No teaching experience required, but must have the ability to obtain teacher certifications as required. Valid PA Vocational I or II certifications preferred, or able to obtain.
This full-time position starts in August for the 2026-2027 school year to build your program to be ready for students in the 2027-2028 school year.
Salary range $62,844.23 - $95,205.10. Salary based on certifications & years of experience in the trade.
